Q) How to create an account?
A) Members need to create an account before they can post ads or send messages on BuyStuffDirect. Getting started is quick, easy, and free.
Steps to register:
1) Click Login/Register at the top of the BuyStuffDirect homepage.
2) Click the Register tab.
3) Enter your name, email, and password you would like to use to sign in to BuyStuffDirect.
4) Click Register at the bottom of the form.
5) Alternatively, you can use the social media buttons which will connect you automatically.
6) You'll receive a welcome email to the address you entered in the form. To finalize your account, open the email and click Activate Your Account.
                                                You should now be able to log in and begin your BuyStuffDirect journey.

Q) What makes Buy Stuff Direct Different from other classifieds websites?
A) BuyStuffDirect offers its own built-in auction system, payment gateway, and private business page for companies so the users can choose if they wish to use the site as a classified advertising website or as an auction website to sell directly to the customers.

A) Admins are constantly reviewing and approving advertisements, depending on the volume within a maximum of 2 hours

A) As we are an IT-based company the main currencies we accept are BTC, ETH, USD, GBP, and EUR As we evolve we will be adding more currencies

Q) Which countries do you operate in?
A) We are currently operating in Cyprus, however, our platform is fully ready and able to operate worldwide. We will be opening new countries gradually.

Q) Why was my listing removed?
A) If your listing was removed, it could be for one of the following reasons. Either your listing goes against our Terms & Conditions or it was removed pending to be re-reviewed.

Q) My listing was a paid listing and it has been removed, I want a refund
A) If your listing was removed, for a violation of terms and conditions you will not receive a refund, however, if it is proven that the material that was removed contained any illegal information, we reserve the right to notify the authorities of the country that the listing was posted.

Q) Do you have any fees for certain categories?
A) No, all our categories are completely free, however, we do offer a small fee if you wish to bump up your advert or if you wish to have your advert in the featured panel on the top of the website
